Neal Clayton Johnson

Neal Clayton Johnson, 16, of Vermilion died suddenly May 12, 2009 in Vermilion. Born in Amherst, Neal was a life long Vermilion resident. He was a Junior at Vermilion High School and enjoyed basketball, play station III, fishing, mushroom hunting, and spending time with his sister, friends and his girlfriend, Caroline Wiley. He is survived by his mother, Candice Johnson; his father, Gary Johnson, a sister, Eliza Johnson, his paternal grandparents, Sylvia and Doug Johnson; maternal grandparents, Rocelia and Douglas Smith, all of Vermilion. Friends may visit Monday, May 18, 2009 from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 2 p.m. at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion. Reverend David Johnson, pastor of the Nazarene Church, will officiate. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, Vermilion.
