Robert Eugene Bennett Jr., 14 months old, of Vermilion, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Friday, February 7, 2020. He was born December 7, 2018 in Lorain to Robert Sr. and Alexandra (nee Sutton) Bennett of Vermilion. He is survived by his parents; brother, Christopher Bennett; sister, Arian Bennett; paternal grandfather, Charles Bennett of Vermilion; paternal grandmother, Dana (Ron) Harral of Cleveland; paternal step-grandmother, Traci (Charles) Bennett of Vermilion; maternal grandfather, Bill Sutton of Wakeman; maternal grandmother, Amy Sutton of Vermilion; great grandmother, Bonnie Bragg of Grafton; aunts and uncles, Chas and Rose Lee, Stephanie and Tom Lear, Jessica Bennett, Josh Bennett, Cody and Taylor Sutton, and Trevor Foster; and cousins, Kai and Kaylee Kuwalu and Ryker Sutton. He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Gary and Louise Sell, Mildred and Hayward Bennett, and Hobart Bragg Jr. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 15, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of a short prayer service led by Pastor Jim Cooper at 2:00 p.m. at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio. Private interment will take place at Maple Grove Cemetery, Vermilion.
