Robert D. Koepke

Robert Drew Koepke, 68, of Vermilion, died Sunday, September 9, 2018 at Mercy New Life Hospice after a 5 month illness. Robert was born January 12, 1950 in Elyria, OH. He had been a Vermilion resident for most of his life, but had lived in Avon, Avon Lake and Elyria. He was a car enthusiast and belonged to MOB (Men out for breakfast). He enjoyed NASCAR and Cleveland and Ohio State sports. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Pattie (nee Billinghurst) Koepke; daughters, Kerrie (Brian) Western of North Ridgeville and Stacie Johnson of Cincinnati; brother, Dennis Koepke; sister, Sharon Timmons of NC; 4 grandchildren; and father, Robert Koepke of Vermilion. He was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia (nee Dumas) Koepke. A private Celebration of Life will be held.
