Robert N. Zych

Robert N. Zych, 54 of Millersburg, formerly of Lorain, died Saturday, December 27, 2008 in Affinity Medical Center, Massillon. He was born July 15, 1954 in Lorain where he had been a life long resident until moving to Millersburg 5 years ago. He had worked for Lake Terminal Railroad and was a member of St. Laudislaus Church and the Catholic Church of St. Peter, both in Lorain. He enjoyed music and watching movies. Survivors include his parents, Robert A. and Helen (nee Molnar) Zych of Lorain; brothers Gary Zych of Atlanta, Georgia and Jeff Zych of Avon Lake; sisters, Donna George of Cape Coral, Florida and Sharon Kastl of Vermilion; aunt, Irene Yuhasz, and a niece and 2 nephews. Preceding him in death were his maternal grandparents, William and Regina Molnar, and paternal grandparents, George and Vera Zych. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 1, 2009 at 10:30 am at the Dombrowski-Humphrey-Riddle Funeral Home, 1939 Oberlin Avenue, Lorain. Fr. Chuck Henkle, OFM Conv., associate pastor at the Catholic Church of St. Peter, will officiate.
