Robin Pennington

Robin R. Pennington (nee Parsons), 49, of Vermilion, died Tuesday, April 20, 2004 in New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph, Lorain. She was born May 10, 1954 in Amherst, and had been a life long resident of Vermilion. She worked as a dispatcher for Automobile Transport and Shermoco Inc., both of Lorain and she had a Plain Dealer delivery route. She was a member of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church and enjoyed care giving, crafts and fishing. She is survived by her mother, Jeannine Parsons (nee Howard) of Vermilion, daughters, Hiedi Nichole Parsons of Lorain and Jeannine (Jen) Louise Parsons of Vermilion; 1 grandson, Damien Parsons Carter of Lorain. a step-son, Craig William Pennington of Oviedo, FL; 2 step-grandchildren Tyler Pletz and Kayla Pennington; 4 sisters, Leah Bower of Sherman Oaks, CA, Debbie Markman of Huron, Candy Kishman of Vermilion, Cindy Brundage of Berlin Heights; a brother, Tim Parsons of Vermilion; 7 nephews and 2 nieces. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Pennington on October 9, 2003 and her father, Frank Parsons. The family will receive friends on Friday from 1-3 and 6-8 pm at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion. Services will be held at the Riddle Funeral Home on Saturday, April 24 at 1 pm with the Reverend Kenneth Schultz, officiating. Interment will follow in Brownhelm Cemetery, Vermilion.
