Ronald Leon Green

Ronald Leon Green, 52, of Wakeman , died Friday, May 5, 2006 at his home after a 2 month illness. He was born October 8, 1953 in Lorain, Ohio. He has been a resident of Wakeman for the past 12 years, and had also lived in Elyria and Vermilion. He worked as a shipping/receiving coordinator for Quebecor World in Oberlin for 14 years. He was a graduate of Vermilion High School. He was a member of Ely Masonic Lodge # 424 in Vermilion and enjoyed fishing and traveling. Survivors include his wife of 24 years, Jane (nee Martin) Green; his parents, Ruben L. and Martha N. (nee Hinkle) Green; brothers, Stephen Green of Lorain, and Waylon Green of Wellington; sisters, Charlotte Villa of Cullman, AL and Debra Bolyard of Columbus; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death was his brother, Nolan Green, in 1992. Friends may call Sunday, May 7 from 3 to 7 pm at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio. Services will be held at the Riddle Funeral Home, Monday, May 8, 2006 at 11 am. The Reverend Guy Morton, pastor of Lakeview Baptist Church, will officiate. Interment will follow in Rugby Cemetery.
