Rose Evelyn Gbur

Rose Evelyn Gbur (nee Cichra), 88, of Vermilion, died Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Kingston of Vermilion after a short illness. She was born January 6, 1929 in Cleveland and had been a Vermilion resident for the past 27 years moving from Bay Village. Rose had worked as a secretary for Foundry Equipment, Cleveland. She also had her real estate license and at one time worked as a physical therapist. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, and yard work. She also loved animals. She is survived by her husband, Robert Gbur of Vermilion; step sons, Jeffery Gbur of St. Petersburg, FL and Bruce Edward Gbur of Manhattan, Kansas; and her brother, Al Cichra of Sanford, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Emma (nee Kiselka) Cichra; sisters, Emma and Marie; and brothers, Frank, Andy, and Albert. Private services where held.
