Sharon Hollis

Sharon Hollis (nee Buzzard), 77, of Vermilion, died Thursday, November 10, 2022 at her daughter's home after a short illness.

She was born September 21, 1945 in Cumberland , MD and had been a Vermilion resident for the past 30 years moving from Parma.

Sharon was a member of St. Mary Parish, Vermilion and AMVETS Post 22.  She enjoyed tending to her flower gardens and had enjoyed boating with her husband.

She is survived by her daughters, Michelle (Greg) Hollis-Drew of Vermilion and Lisa (John) Balogh of FL; grandchildren, Brittney (Tim) Schaub, Joshua Balogh and Taylor Hollis; step grandchildren, Autumn, Aaron, and Mariah Drew; great grandchildren, Wyatt Schaub and Madelyn Sobotka; brother, Robert (Dee) Buzzard of CA; and her sisters, Florence 'Tootsie" (Fred) Hill of FL and Betty Ann  (John) Pfeiffer of Cumberland, MD.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Hollis; parents, William and Margaret (nee Eady) Buzzard; brothers, William and Thomas Buzzard; and her sister, Patricia Buzzard.

Private services will be held.
