Shirley Huckle

Shirley Huckle (nee Bulen), 76, of Lorain, died Saturday, July 30, 2022 at her daughter's home after a brief illness.

She was born February 23, 1946 in Rollersville, Ohio and had been a Lorain resident for the past 30 years.

Shirley worked as a Bus Driver for Lorain County Transit for 32 years, retiring in 2019.

Shirley enjoyed reading and volunteering with Angels Haven Horse Rescue.  She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and traveling with her friends.

She is survived by her daughters, Michelle (Michael) Dunnion of New Zealand; Cindy (Vincent) Traina of Concord, OH, and Melissa (Chad) Davis of Milan; 10 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and her   sister, Sandy (Sonny) Falls of Central Point, OR.

She was preceded in death by parents, Theodore and Lois Mae (nee Vogt) Bulen.

Graveside services will be Friday, Aug. 5, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. at Maple Grove Cemetery, Vermilion.  Family members will officiate.
