Susan Lynne Peters

Susan Lynne Peters (nee Jakubec ), 71, of Vermilion, died Monday, September 15, 2014 at New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph, Lorain, after a 7 month illness. Susan was born October 28, 1942 in Lorain. She had been a Vermilion resident for the past 10 years moving from Lorain. Susan had worked as a Coil Winder for Lorain Products and enjoyed cross stitch, animals, gardening and the outdoors. She is survived by her daughter, Stacy Peters; sons, Jason, Joel, and Joshua Peters all of Vermilion and son, Jeremy Peters of Lorain; 12 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, Emma; and sisters, Jane Francis of CA, and Adele Jakubec of North Ridgeville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Mildred (nee Plumb) Jakubec. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 19, 2014, from 2 pm until the service at 6 pm at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, OH.
