Tammy Lynn Farley (nee Adams), 46, of Vermilion, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 21, 2010 at her home after a courageous battle with cancer. Born August 15, 1964 in Elyria, OH she had been a Vermilion resident for the past 37 years moving from Elyria. Tammy enjoyed writing poems, drawing, and gardening. She also had a love for animals and her family, especially her children. During the holiday season, she always had a special twinkle in her eye knowing she was going to get to spend time with her family. Survivors include her husband of 28 years, James Farley Jr.; daughter, Jessica (Daniel) Schmidt of Grandview Plaza, Kansas; sons, Brennon (Amber) Farley of Statesville, NC and Nick Farley of Vermilion; parents, Elder Richard Allen and Dreama (nee Cook) Adams of Vermilion; sister, Alanna (nee Adams) O'Bryon of Vermilion; brothers, Mike (Pam) Adams of Berlin Hts. and Richard Andrew (Jennifer) Adams of Mt. Airy, NC; father and mother in-laws, Jim Sr. and Joyce Farley of Lake Suzy, FL; brother-in-laws, Chris (Sue) Farley and Tim (Leslie) Farley; nieces and nephews: Alyssa, William, Abby, Jonathan, Joey, Alisha, Cam, Caleb, Hannah, Zach, Brittany, and Christopher; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Andrew and Hazel Adams; and her maternal grandparents, Allen and Margaret Cook.
