Tammy Lynne Neal

Tammy Lynne Neal, 54, of Norwalk, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Fisher-Titus Medical Center after a sudden illness. Tammy was born March 12, 1963 in Sandusky, OH, and had been a life long Vermilion area resident. Tammy provided home health care for many years. She was a member of First Congregational Church of Christ in Berlin Heights, and the VFW Auxiliary Post #7576. She enjoyed crafts, sewing, fishing, painting, and Harley Davidson. She was a very devoted friend and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and her devoted dog, Daisy. She is survived by her children, Robert Brisboy of Conneaut, Brandy (Jake) Phipps of Greenfield and their children, Jarett, Jenna, and Jaelynn; and Joe Hayes Brisboy and his son, Loghan; her mother and step father, Serena (nee Molnar) (Donald ) Dawkins of Berlin Heights; fiancé, Bob McGann; siblings, Terry Raye (Glenn-dec.) Jones, Tracie Sommerfeld, and Kelly (Kimberly) Neal; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Neal and nephew, Jason Seth. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 17, 2018 from 2:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 4:00 pm at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio. The Reverend Casey Cain will officiate.
