Theodore Hofecker

Theodore J. "Ted" Hofecker, aged 61, passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2023, at his residence in Brownhelm Township.

Born on August 18, 1962, in Johnstown, PA, Ted had been a resident of Brownhelm Township for the past 59 years. He dedicated thirty years to running his business, Hofecker Builders, where he served as a skilled General Contractor.

Ted's leisure time was often spent indulging in outdoor activities such as hunting, timber cutting, and cherishing moments with his beloved Rottweiler companions.

Left to cherish his memory are his significant other of 33 years, Rhonda Emery, his son, Zack (Breann) Hofecker of Amherst, his cherished granddaughter, Blakely, his brother, James (Kathi) Hofecker,  his sisters, Barb (Terie Furtney) Hofecker of San Leadro, CA, and Donna Scott of Alexandria, Virginia, and his mother-in-law, Sherry Blevins.

He is predeceased by his parents, Theodore L. and Bertha C. (nee Engbert) Hofecker, as well as his brothers, Brian and Donald Hofecker and his best friend, Floyd Blevins.

The family will receive friends on Friday November 3, 2023  from 5-7 pm at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, OH.
