Thomas John William Mills

Thomas John-William Mills, 39, of North Ridgeville, died Monday, July 10, 2017 at MetroHealth Medical Center after a sudden illness. Thomas was born Nov. 23, 1977 in Lorain. Tom was raised in Vermilion, had been a North Ridgeville resident for the past 3 years moving from Berea. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Tom worked for Heidtman Steel as a Quality Representative for 5 years and had worked for Ken-Mac Metal, Middleburg Heights. He was a member of Birmingham United Methodist Church. He enjoyed golf, soccer, woodworking, and painting and designing corn hole boards. He is survived by his wife of 8 years, Katherine Mills (nee Mosko) of North Ridgeville; son, Thomas J Mills, daughters, Lauren S. Mills, and Jenna M. Mosko; parents, Bill and Susan (nee Haas) Mills of Vermilion; sisters, Theresa (Tim) Moore of Elizabeth City, NC and Julia (Cris) Clevenger of Muncie, IN; mother-in -law, Joanne Mosko of Strongsville and several nieces and nephews He was a loving uncle, nephew and friend to many. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, father-in-law and an uncle. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 14, 2017 from 3 pm - 7 pm at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion Ohio. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 10 a.m. at the Birmingham United Methodist Church, 15018 South Street, Wakeman Ohio. The Reverend Dick Kretchmar will officiate. Interment will follow at Strongsville Cemetery. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Birmingham United Methodist Church, 15018 South Street, Wakeman, Ohio 44889.
