Violet E Younker

Violet Evelyn Younker (nee La Form), 66, of Vermilion, passed away Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Mercy Regional Medical Center after a brief illness Violet was born December 11, 1950 in Cleveland, OH. She had been a Vermilion resident for the past 12 years moving from Cleveland. Violet worked at Kohls for 10 years before her retirement. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Gary Younker; daughter, Diane Younker of Zanesville; sons: Gary Younker of Seville, Brian Younker (Cindey) of Sheffield Lake, and Randy Younker (Katie) of Streetsboro; grandchildren: Josh, Miranda, Danny, Harmony, Brian, Lily, and Khinawa; brothers: David La Form and Richard La Form; and sisters: Beatrice and Carol. She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Barbara (nee Udell) La Form and granddaughter, Alyssa Younker. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
