Wendy A. Miller (nee Slater), 43, of Sheffield Lake, died Friday, February 4, 2011 at the Cleveland Clinic. Born in Cleveland, September 11, 1967 she had lived in Lorain then Sheffield Lake. She enjoyed art and spending time with her companion, Bob. Survivors include her daughter, Lincoln Miller; son, Jay Miller; companion, Bob Blazina, Sheffield Lake; her parents Joe and Leslie (nee Todd) Slater of Lorain ; and 2 sisters, Stephanie Slater, and Mary Slater Services are private and entrusted to Dombrowski-Riddle Funeral Home, 1939 Oberlin Ave. Lorain, Ohio 44052.
